Audio Lectures Available

The short audio lectures that were previously password-protected are now freely available. I have added an “audio” link to the main navigational menus at site-top and at the top of each page. The page is located at AUDIO, and in case you view the site using a small-screen cellphone, there’s a separate page that displays better at AUDIO SMALL SCREENS.

Other website-related news: if you use a small screen to view the site, use the “hamburger menu” towards the top of your screen to navigate the site. I’ve removed the extra menu bar that shows up in each page of the desktop/laptop site since it doesn’t display well on smaller screens.

I am currently making mostly proofreading changes (and some minor substantive changes) in my written commentaries on various Shakespeare plays. Am looking forward to teaching Shakespeare’s “major tetralogy” of history plays–Richard II, I & II Henry IV, and Henry V. My own favorite among them? I’ll go with Richard II. It’s a long and discursive play, but it contains some of the finest poetry that Shakespeare ever wrote. Please remember that in my site’s Links section, there are some good resources on the British Monarchy, with timelines and short biographies of the key royals, and so forth. Worth a look-see!
